We know you and your furry friend(s) are going to love our products soooo much, you won't want to return anything but just in case you need a different size, etc. here is our policy. You can return any item to us for an exchange or in-store credit within 30 days of purchase. All exchanges must have a copy of the original receipt included when exchanged. In-store credits have an expiration date of one year from date of issue. Non stocked items or special order items are not returnable and cannot be cancelled once they are ordered. Seasonal/holiday items can be exchanged only, for like item, but are non-returnable after the holiday date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Also, we cannot accept returned items that have been used or are otherwise not in saleable condition. If you return items in a condition that isn't just like new, we will donate them to a canine rescue organization on your behalf. However, you will not receive any type credit for these returns.
